Tivoli Sintra
We stayed at Tivoli Sintra Hotel 16-19.9.2009. We just wanted to thank you of the great quality of your hotel.
The service was polite, the food was very good both at the breakfast and the dinner and the hotel's interior was nice. In top of all, we got a room upgrade and fruits on arrival (probably because it was our honeymoon).
Thanks a lot for a very enjoyable stay. We'll definately stay at Tivoli Hotel once we travel to destinations where Tivoli hotel is available.

Tivoli Sintra
We are 5 Canadians, who have our roots in Macau. We enjoy Macanese cooking and eating.
All that we tried was very authentic and tasty. The taste of each dish was accurate, with exception of the pastry of the chilicotes - it is usually crispy.
Your´s was "different", nice still the same.

My apologies for only sending the email now - it wasn't that I hadn't remembered I just didn't have time.
On behalf of the Grémio Literário Portuense I would like to thank you for the lovely dinner you organized for us. Everyone really enjoyed it. The hotel service was great and the staff was extremely friendly and professional, which sometimes doesn't happen in Portugal and so we really appreciated it.

We have not stayed at a Tivoli Hotel before but we visit Portugal frequently and because of our experience in Sintra, we shall definitely stay at Tivoli Hotels again and recomend then to our friends.
You have a wonderfull, well trained staff and i congratulate you.
